Synopsis

A young psychologist, freshly graduated, tries to find out why a group of acting students refuses to return to classes. A short film inspired by the story 'The Empire of Cats' written by Alex Tocilescu.

Director's biography

Sîrbu Ioan-Alexandru is a student in the Film Directing department at the Faculty of Theatre and Film, UBB. During his years of study, he directed four short films. Furthermore, he has worked on another twelve student short films in various roles within production, directing, and camera departments. Alexandru has collaborated with the theater department on numerous video and photo projects. One of the short films he worked on as a director of photography was selected for the local competitions of TIFF and CinemaIubit. Additionally, he worked as a camera assistant on the film 'Blindsight,' directed by Adrian Sitaru.
