Using the submission form the festival collects, processes and stores personal data such as name, surname, e-mail, country, telephone and picture only for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the festival:
- Registration of a submission for the preliminary selection of the festival
- Contacting the author of a selected film and sending information regarding his attendance at the festival
- Creating a profile of the awarded film and publishing information about it and its authors on the festival website
- Providing the money prize to the author of an awarded film
The students who attend the festival may feature in group or individual photographs, taken during the official events and ceremonies. Therefore the participant must explicitly state if he does not want to be photographed. The pictures are uploaded on the festival website and may be used to promote different festival activities.
Festival does not provide personal data to third parties except after the explicit consent of the individuals.
